Online Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased on this site only. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Refunds will be offered on returns made within 30 days of the shipping date and will be credited back to the original credit card within one to two billing cycles. For returns received after 30 days, refunds will be issued in the form of an online credit for the current selling price.
***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.
Exchanges:
Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship back to the return address below using any traceable method. (Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. When shipping back, please indicate on a packing slip what item you wish to exchange. Your card will be charged or credited any difference in price. **Return ground shipping back to you is complimentary/free.
